We are currently seeking qualified Joiners (Level
5) to join Western Building Systems
, with opportunities available across our Modular Build and Timber Frame divisions. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well‑established off‑site construction specialist delivering high‑quality projects across the health, education, commercial and housing sectors
.

As a Joiner, you will play a key role in the manufacture, assembly and installation of modular build and timber components
, working within our in‑house manufacturing facilities and supporting on‑site installation where required. You will be involved in producing precision‑built elements that form a critical part of our modular and timber frame systems, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of Western Building Systems’ projects.

• Carry out joinery works within the modular build and timber frame production environments
• Manufacture and assemble components to drawings and specifications
• Install and fit joinery elements on site as required
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with production and site teams to meet programme deadlines
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures and company policies

• Experience an advantage; training provided for enthusiastic candidates with a strong desire to work.
• Experience in modular construction, timber frame or factory‑based joinery is desirable
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• High level of craftsmanship with a focus on quality and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated and committed to maintaining high standards
