Systems Administrator February Start Coalville Based Temporary Role

Data Systems Administrator (Project Support)

Location:

Coalville - Office based Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start Date:

23rd February Duration:
Initial 4-week contract (with potential for extension)

The Role We are looking for detail-oriented Administrators to join our client's team for a critical project phase. You will play a key role in ensuring technical and commercial systems are populated with accurate information to support housing development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Setup:
    Support Technical Data Administrators in inputting house type and housing development information into company systems.
  • Data Transcription:
    Accurately move mandatory data from Excel spreadsheets into our official systems of record.
  • Quality Control:
    Perform peer reviews on data entered by colleagues to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Reporting:
    Keep records of your work and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Team Support:
    Assist Group Surveying Managers and the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.

    This is essential. You must have a keen eye for spotting errors and maintaining high standards.
  • Basic IT

    Skills:

    Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and navigating digital systems.
  • Reliability:
    Ability to commit to the full 4-week project duration.

    Happy to work collaboratively and support the Group's values and procedures.
