The Recruitment Group is recruiting for an organised, reliable and detail-focused Administrator to join a friendly team supporting exciting fundraising projects in Coalville, Leicestershire.

This is a varied administrative role involving order processing, data entry, paperwork, CRM management and dispatch coordination. If you enjoy staying organised, working accurately and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the operation.

You'll be responsible for generating order paperwork, managing the dispatch of paperwork and completed packs, carrying out accurate data entry and keeping information up to date across multiple systems.

You'll work with CRM systems, Google Sheets, File Maker, Royal Mail, Click & Drop and DPD to manage orders, records and shipments.

You'll also manage the intake of completed packs, ensuring they are received, recorded and processed correctly.

This is a busy and varied administrative role where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential. You'll need to be comfortable working across different systems, managing paperwork and prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate order paperwork and documentation
  • Manage the dispatch of paperwork and completed packs
  • Complete accurate data entry and update records
  • Maintain customer and order information using CRM systems
  • Use Google Sheets for data management and tracking
  • Use File Maker to input, update and retrieve information
  • Process shipments using Royal Mail, Click & Drop and DPD
  • Manage the receipt and intake of completed packs
  • Check and record incoming packs
  • Match paperwork and packs accurately
  • Maintain organised digital and paper records
  • Carry out regular accuracy checks
  • Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records throughout the process
  • Work closely with the Admin Manager and wider team
  • Support colleagues and the wider operation when required
Skills & Experience Required

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good computer skills and confidence using different systems
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets or similar
  • Ability to work accurately with paperwork and digital information
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment
  • Good problem-solving and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

Experience with CRM systems, File Maker, Royal Mail, Click & Drop or DPD would be advantageous, but full training will be provided where required.
