The Role: We are currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Warrington, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ experience in the construction, utilities, or M&E sectors.

The role will be primarily office-based, with regular site visits to support ongoing projects. You will be working closely with and guided by the Managing Quantity Surveyor, who will provide you with continuous mentoring and support as you progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of project costings
  • Support procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
  • Contribute to tender preparation and contract administration
  • Attend site visits and liaise with project teams and subcontractors
  • Assist in the monitoring of project progress and financial performance
  • Help prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 0–2 years’ experience in construction, utilities, or M&E (not essential for graduates)
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, supportive environment
  • Full UK driving licence (for site visits)
