Deputy Shift Maintenance Manager

Role & Responsibilities- Support the shift manager in leading the shift team
- Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
- Lead and support a maintenance team (electrical/mechanical)
- Support scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
- Support diagnosis of mechanical/electrical/electronic faults
- Accurately record all work undertaken
- Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
- Adherence to quality processes and procedures
- ONC or HNC in electrical/mechanical engineering, or BTEC engineering, or engineering apprenticeship, or BSc or MSc
- Experience in previously managing a team is desirable
- Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, & electronic technical manuals & drawings
- Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
