Engineering Team Leader

The Engineering Team Leader vacancy is working at a brand new manufacturing facility;

Basic salary circa £72,000 per annum,
KPI Driven Bonus
Location - Hinckley (Easily commutable from Coalville, Leicester, Tamworth or Bedworth)
Overtime at 1.5x and 2x

Hours of work - Days and Nights 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Team Leader

Engineering qualified;
City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance
Strong Health and Safety awareness
Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etc
Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities
