Scheduler, Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join a growing Fire & Security company based in Coalville.

You will be responsible for coordinating engineers, scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
- * Schedule engineers for reactive, PPM and installation works.

* Manage engineer diaries and workloads.

* Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.

* Prioritise emergency and reactive call-outs.

* Monitor jobs against SLAs and KPIs.

* Coordinate follow-on and remedial works.

* Keep job records and systems up to date.

* Work closely with engineers, customers and Service Managers.

* Deal with scheduling issues and changes throughout the day.

Personal Requirements
- * Previous experience in scheduling, planning or service coordination.

* Experience coordinating field-based engineers preferred.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM systems.

* Fire & Security, Engineering or FM experience would be advantageous.
