Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist

Location: Coalville

Salary: 13.50 - 18.00 per hour (DOE)

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days office-based, 2 days remote

Contract: Temporary initially, with strong opportunity for extension and permanent placement

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Procure to Pay (P2P) Specialist to play a key role in delivering a consistent and efficient end-to-end P2P process. This position will focus on operational excellence, financial accuracy, and delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery

• Managing end-to-end P2P processes in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approvals
• Reviewing and processing subcontractor payment applications
• Managing employee expense submissions
• Completing supplier statement reconciliations
• Maintaining supplier master data to ensure integrity and accuracy
• Supporting month-end and audit requirements

Continuous Improvement

• Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
• Supporting standardisation and best practice across P2P activities
• Contributing to system and process enhancements
• Driving improvements in service delivery and turnaround times

About You

• Solid experience within Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable
• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving processes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in finance systems and Excel
