We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager for a specialist Learning Disability home in Coalville. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning around a medium-sized home currently requiring improvements. The ideal candidate can be a nurse or non-nurse qualified manager with a proven track record in managing care homes.

• Oversee the daily operations of the care home.
• Implement strategies to improve the quality of care and standards.
• Lead and support the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage with residents, families, and local communities to enhance the home’s reputation.

• Experience in managing a specialist learning disability care home.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to improve and maintain high standards of care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
Up to £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
