Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements- We require a full, valid UK driving licence with regular access to a vehicle.
- We are looking for experience with end-user IT support, including computers, networks, software, and devices.
- We need a working understanding of network devices, routers, switches, and access points.
- We require knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- We expect familiarity with Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
- We need comfort using hands‑on site tools such as drills, ladders, and cable crimpers.
- Bonus points for experience with Active Directory, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V), SharePoint, firewalls, VPNs, or wireless infrastructure.
- This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check, with enhanced checks requested following a conditional offer of employment.
- We visit client sites to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including network equipment, hardware, and software.
- We respond to on‑site incidents and provide technical support.
- We schedule and manage site attendances and project work.
- We support our central helpdesk team with remote end‑user support.
- We complete site documentation, asset audits, and administration.
- We assist our sales team with site surveys and pre‑sales recommendations.

We are a growing technical team looking for a technically capable and customer‑focused IT Field & Support Engineer to join us. In this hands‑on role, you will be the primary point of contact for on‑site IT installations and support across client sites, working closely with our Lead Engineer. You will help deliver gold‑standard service to our customers through network infrastructure installs, hardware support, incident response, and collaboration with our helpdesk and sales teams.
