Forterra - Desford site in Leicestershire is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to head the on-shift maintenance crew, ensuring safe and reliable plant operation and rapid fault resolution. You will lead TPM/PPM activities, coordinate breakdown reporting via the CMMS, and deputise for the Shift Manager while maintaining high health and safety standards.
The role requires a solid electrical/mechanical maintenance background and strong leadership, with training on LOTOTO, COSHH, and related safety
