A well-established FMCG food manufacturer in the East Midlands seeks a Quality Manager to oversee Food Safety and Quality systems. The successful candidate will lead the QA & Hygiene teams in a high-volume environment producing ambient, shelf-stable products. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000, 25 days holiday, and a pension scheme. Ideal candidates will have a background in FMCG, proven leadership abilities, and HACCP qualifications.
