Job Overview

Barker Ross are currently looking for a Line Leader for a co-pack operation based in the LE67 Coalville Bardon area. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a world leading food and beverage company.

The successful candidate must have a 'can do' attitude towards work with an eagerness to get the job done.

12.21 to 14.21 p/h (Please be aware the pay will be based on minimum wage for training / introductory period which will then be changed after 2 weeks)

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00

• Manage and motivate a team of operatives to meet production targets and product specifications
• Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
• To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations
• To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures
• To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external and follow good manufacturing practices
• To attend Line Leader meetings
• To assist in the training and development of new starters
• To act as a role model for best practice
• Work alongside staff on the production line
• Ad Hoc production duties

• Experience working in a similar field
• A can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to motivate
• Basic IT skills
