We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing company based on the Bardon Estate, Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with excellent earning potential and career stability.

Working Hours

Rotating weekly shifts:

5:30am – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 9:30pm

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

Checking products to ensure quality standards are met
Measuring products accurately
Stacking finished products
Working at the end of a production machine
Maintaining a safe and efficient working area

What We're Looking For

Reliable and hardworking individuals
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
