Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Moulding Operatives to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer. This role involves the compression moulding of rubber components within a fast-paced production environment. It is well suited to individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work. Hours:

39 hours per week

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:30am 3:30pm Two paid 15-minute breaks One unpaid 30-minute lunch Friday: 6:30am 11:30am One paid 15-minute break Pay: £12.71 per hour plus Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus

Key Responsibilities Cutting rubber blanks Loading and de-moulding moulded components Operating and managing three compression presses, each with multiple tools Ensuring consistent quality standards are met Working efficiently within a production environment Requirements Good level of physical strength and stamina Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Previous manufacturing or moulding experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided Benefits Stable, full-time working hours Early finish on Fridays Competitive hourly rate Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) bonus scheme Supportive team environment Opportunities for long-term career development
