• Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to promote products, services, and the brand.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including product offers, discounts, seasonal events, and new launches.
• Monitor marketing budgets, targets, and timelines, and review performance against objectives.
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends, and footfall to support business growth.
• Manage local and digital marketing activities, including community promotions and online selling preparation.
• Oversee customer communications and feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure in-store branding, signage, and promotional displays are kept up to date.
• Support the promotion and communication of Post Office services when required.

GBP £35,000 to £51,000, or depending upon experience.
