Deliver great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment, and help customers understand their needs. Demonstrate and explain products, support fitting services, and contribute to achieving sales targets on a rota basis, including weekends.

• Experience of delivering excellent customer service, preferably in retail sales
• A proactive approach to assisting customers
• Problem‑solving skills
• Availability to work a rota, including weekends
• Some experience of working toward and achieving sales targets (ideal)
