Warehouse Runner - Gloucester At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Runner to work with a leading logistics company in Gloucester. This role is essential for maintaining a steady flow of work in a busy packing environment, ensuring the team is well-supported throughout the shift. Shift patterns:
* Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7.
* Current working hours are 12:00-20:00, with a future shift change to 14:00-22:00. Pay rates:
* 13.45 GBP hourly Must-have requirements for Warehouse Runner:
* Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred.
* Able to stay active and mobile throughout the shift.
* Good awareness of the surrounding work area.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Able to follow instructions and work safely.
* Comfortable moving parcels, trollies and packaging materials.
* Proactive approach to supporting the packing team.
* Able to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment. Desirable requirements for Warehouse Runner:
* Previous experience in a runner or packing support role.
* Experience working around conveyors.
* Basic understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Flexible approach to tasks and shift requirements.

* Able to use initiative.

* Willing to help where needed.
