At Aldi, every day is different. As a Selector, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Using a headset to receive instructions, you’ll pick products accurately, check paperwork, and maintain safety while working efficiently in a high-energy environment.

• Select products accurately to meet picking targets
• Follow instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided)

• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock

• £13.31 per hour
• Shift Pattern:
  We have various shift patterns available starting from 6am or 10am
  , end time may vary depending on the needs of the business
• Shift Rota: 4 days on 2 days off
  - Weekends are included on your shift rotation
• 35 hours per week minimum contract
