Position: Resourcer / Administrator
Power & Infrastructure Resourcing is looking for a Resourcer / Administrator to join our growing team in our Coatbridge office.

Resourcer / Administrator – Coatbridge

Contract:

9-Month Maternity Cover, with potential extension

Start Date:

ASAP

Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
Friday: 08:00–15:30

This is an office-based position, working five days per week. The role is initially offered as 9-month maternity cover, with the possibility of an extension as the business and team continue to grow.

Main Duties:

* Supporting the team with the input and maintenance of the Signal rostering system

* Processing new starter paperwork

* Assisting with the administration of project rosters

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including new starter and leaver statistics

* Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

* Experience using the Microsoft Office suite

* Excellent attention to detail

* Organised and methodical approach to tasks

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Previous experience within the railway industry is desirable
