Position: Customer Complaints Lead — Own & Resolve with Empathy

SSE plc is seeking a Customer Relations Complaint Handler based in our Customer Contact Centre in Scotland. This fixed-term, full-time role supports the Customer Service and Operational teams to resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.

You will own cases from start to finish, contact customers within timescales, investigate concerns and deliver a coordinated response while ensuring GDPR compliance and data protection throughout the process.
