Job Description

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Our client based in Coatbridge are looking for 2* Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join their team. This will be a temporary ongoing basis to start with, however could go permanent for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements in service delivery.
Assist customers with account management, including troubleshooting issues and processing transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to resolve complex queries effectively.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (Can be negotiated).
