Finsbury Food Group in Coatbridge is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our Engineering Team on a dayshift/backshift rotation. You will maintain a wide range of production equipment and drive reliability on a fast-paced bakery site.
You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, and ensure work is logged in the CMMS (Mainsaver). Strong electrical/mechanical ability and GMP awareness are essential for success in this role.
