NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 7 District Nurse Specialist Practitioner to lead high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes across Shetland. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe, effective care in the community and driving improvement in services.
You will be supported to lead, supervise and develop a dedicated team of nurses while managing a varied caseload and maintaining the standards of district nursing care in Shetland.
