NHS Western Isles is seeking Bank Band 7 Pharmacists to join our clinical pharmacy team across hospital services. This role offers flexible, ad-hoc shifts with autonomy in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, focusing on safe, high‑quality patient care.
You will provide essential clinical pharmacy cover across inpatient areas, performing medicines reconciliation, optimizing therapy, and contributing to antimicrobial stewardship and safe discharge planning. PVG clearance is required.
