Cross Reach supports adults with learning disabilities to build confidence, independence and meaningful lives across community services in Scotland. The role covers helping access work, education, volunteering and leisure, plus accompanying people on holidays.
You will work with individuals to reach personal goals, promote dignity and person-centred support, and maintain accurate digital records as part of a friendly team. Training and PVG/SSSC checks are required.
