Plater Welder

Platers & Welders Required

Global Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking experienced Platers & Welders to support our client s operations. We pride ourselves on delivering the very best service to both clients and candidates, and we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team.

Location: Coatbridge

Duties & Experience:

• Welding/fabrication of heavy structures such as bridges, vessels, or ships
• Ability to produce high-quality welds to a good visual standard
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Contract & Hours:

• Temporary & Permanent positions available
• Dayshift: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm
• Night shift: Monday Friday & Thursday, 8:00 pm 6:00 am (9.5 hours paid, 0.5-hour unpaid break)
• Overtime available, paid after 39 hours

Pay Rates:

• Dayshift: £22 per hour
• Night shift: £28 per hour
• Enhanced rates for overtime

Payment Model:

• CIS/Umbrella
• PAYE available after 13 weeks
