OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to act as the on-site contact for clients and managers in Coatbridge. You will coordinate a cleaning team, supervise daily tasks, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support training and induction of staff, monitor compliance with COSHH and health and safety regulations, and drive quality through regular inspections.
