Salary:
Up to £42,464.80 per annum, plus car allowance and great company benefits.
The successful Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory duties of our Voids Repairs and Maintenance team will ensure all work and procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

About the RoleYou will be responsible for the operational supervision of current and future contract activities, ensuring maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction, supervising and overseeing multi-trade and specialist work. Ensuring works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets and essential and carrying out regular Quality Audits and Competence Assessments of operatives and specialist sub-contractors.
Demonstrate, maintain and monitor the company’s commitments to best practice with legislation, codes of practice & good working practices relevant to all work activities; ensuring that it contributes to the customer experience by adopting a professional manner when communicating with all stakeholders.
