Initial Washroom Hygiene Laundry Operative
We are seeking a part‑time Laundry Operative to work Monday to Thursday at our Coatbridge branch.
About the RoleAs a Laundry Operative, you will support the processing area, operating machines, meeting production targets, ensuring safety, maintaining housekeeping, and reporting defects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in daily running of the processing unit, including Power Trans machines, Rugt Vedt rolling machines, and dryers
- Meet hourly production targets
- Comply with health and safety legislation
- Ensure dust mats and processed items meet company standards
- Maintain operating equipment and report defects
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping in your area
- Competitive base salary: £25,917 per annum pro rata
- Expected OTE: £26,500 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
- Uniform and company discount scheme
- Relocation assistance up to £5,000 for moves over 2 hours away
- Part‑time, permanent role:
Monday to Thursday (24‑hour week) - Industry‑leading training and development
