• Lead day‑to‑day operations on the shop floor in a busy CNC turning environment.
• Provide industry‑leading supervision training and leadership development while maintaining technical expertise.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment, adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivery of production targets.
• Mentor and support the team of CNC turners and machinists, fostering continuous improvement and skill growth.

• Experienced CNC turner or machinist with a proven record of quality machining.
• Desire to move into a supervisory role and develop leadership skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivation for structured training, technical development and long‑term progression.

• Days‑based, Monday to Friday schedule with industry‑leading supervision training.
