Skilled Engineering Personnel Required Temp to Perm Opportunities Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire - Dayshift, Backshift & Night shift Opportunities Available Global Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing business in the Coatbridge area. Due to continued growth and increased workloads, we are looking to speak with experienced and motivated individuals for the following positions: CNC Milling Operators / Machinists Manual Horizontal Borers CNC Plasma & Laser Operators These are 13-week temp-to-perm opportunities , offering the chance to join a well-established employer with a strong order book and long-term career prospects.

Candidate Requirements Successful applicants should possess:
Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards. A strong understanding of health and safety procedures. A reliable and positive approach to work. Flexibility to work shifts where required. Pay & Benefits During the initial 13-week agency period, payment is available via: CIS Umbrella PAYE Typical Rates Available CNC Milling Operators / Machinists Dayshift: £25.00 per hour Backshift / Night shift: £30.00 per hour Overtime: £37.00 per hour Manual Horizontal Borers Competitive rates dependent on experience.

Overtime opportunities available.
