To control the labour and materials effectively to ensure production targets are achieved. In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

• Ensure production targets are achieved and quality is maintained
• Control the environment and promote safe working practices
• Highlight potential training issues/needs and coordinate as necessary
• Effective control of all labour and materials
• Carrying out quality checks, reports and maintenance of quality systems
• Production targets/items are achieved in the correct order
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment is achieved
• To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations and Company policies and to ensure at all times that the work area is clean, tidy and safe.

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm

Starting rate £14.96, increasing to £18.75 once team leader pathway is complete
