CNC Turner Supervisor

Salary: GBP
40000 - GBP
45000 per annum.

Location:

Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire (commutable from Airdrie, Bargeddie, Glenmavis, Bellshill, Cumbernauld, Cambuslang, Holytown, Motherwell, Glasgow, etc).

We are a highly regarded engineering manufacturer supplying specialist components across a range of industries. With continued investment and growth in our machining department, we are looking to appoint a CNC Turner Supervisor to help lead day‑to‑day operations on the shop floor.

Industry-leading supervision training, days‑based role, long‑term progression, excellent company benefits.

Responsibilities

Monday to Friday, days-based role with industry‑leading training in supervision and leadership.
Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of a busy CNC turning environment.
Assist in maintaining high quality standards and efficient production schedules.

Qualifications

Experienced CNC Turner or CNC Machinist.
Looking to step up into a supervisory role.
Motivated by training, development and long‑term progression.
