Be Search Ltd is seeking a Staff Nurse in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, to join a care home team on night shifts. You will use clinical judgement, compassion, and confidence to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care for residents.
The role requires an NMC-registered nurse, strong decision-making under pressure, clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues, and the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Prior care home experience is desirable.
