Dyson is seeking a Junior Area Manager to drive sales targets across a South West portfolio of retail stores. You will monitor performance, engage with retailers, and coordinate regional promotions while developing hands-on leadership skills within the Field Sales team.
Based regionally, you will travel extensively, lead and coach store staff, analyze data, and ensure Dyson displays are visually engaging and compliant with brand standards. This role offers progression into regional leadership.
