Field Sales Executive

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K). Car allowance £250 per month. Business travel paid.

• Out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• Drive performance – hit and exceed targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt your approach.

• Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• Driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• Solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role, engaging people and getting that yes.
• Friendly, confident and enjoys real conversations.
• Confident going solo, thriving on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
