Business Development Manager Fire & Security Midlands £45,000 - £60,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission  Car Allowance We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing Fire & Security business covering the Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience within the Fire & Security industry looking to join a successful and expanding company with genuine earning potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing key client relationships and helping drive commercial growth across Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.

The Role Generating and developing new business opportunities Managing and growing existing customer accounts Selling Fire & Security solutions across commercial sectors Attending client meetings and site surveys Preparing quotations and proposals Building long-term relationships with clients and contractors Working closely with internal operations and technical teams Achieving agreed sales targets and objectives Experience Required Previous Business Development or Sales experience within the Fire & Security industry Strong understanding of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems Proven track record of winning new business Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target driven Full UK Driving Licence Package £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure Company car or car allowance Pension scheme Laptop and mobile phone Career progression opportunities Supportive and growing company environment This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fire & Security sales professional looking for a long-term role with strong earning potential and progression opportunities.
