The Area Sales Manager at Advanté is responsible for driving hire revenue and market growth within a defined geographic area. The role focuses on winning new business, developing strong client relationships, and maximising repeat hire through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
This role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong relationship‑building skills, a commercial mindset, and a solid understanding of the welfare and accommodation sector.

Pioneering sustainable innovation since 1998, we provide robust, reliable, and unique self‑contained site welfare solutions, including the Eco Logic Solar and Eco Max Solar/Hybrid ranges, Vision toilet blocks, and Power Stations. Our products are essential to the UK's leading construction, house building, highways, infrastructure, utility companies, among others, helping them cut emissions, noise, and fuel costs while delivering the highest quality welfare facilities.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly hire targets for welfare units within the assigned area.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with main contractors, house builders, infrastructure clients, power and defence sector and utility companies.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support sustained revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop new accounts and manage client relationships for the first 12 months from initial order.
- Re-engage former clients and maximise repeat business.
- Conduct regular face‑to‑face client meetings, both office and site‑based, to maintain strong relationships and understand customer needs.
Sales Proposals & Tendering
- Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Clearly demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and environmental benefits of products.
- Negotiate terms in line with company pricing and commercial guidelines.
Product Demonstration & Knowledge
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations, including telemetry, carbon savings, and solar units.
- Maintain full and up‑to‑date product knowledge to support confident and effective selling.
- Maintain targeted number of accurate sales forecasts, client records, and activity reports using the company CRM system.
- Ensure all database and customer information is kept up to date and accurate.
- Follow company processes, standards, and compliance requirements at all times.
