The Role
Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering high‑quality, individualized support to adults with a variety of support needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well‑being. Every day presents new challenges and rewards.
- Deliver individualized support to adults with varied support needs
- Empower individuals to live independently and promote choice, dignity, and well‑being
- Provide support during evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and waking nights as required
- Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people you support
- Commitment to a person‑centred approach
- Experience working with people with learning disabilities (desirable)
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and waking nights
- Main Grade Hourly rate of £13.85
- Induction and Relief Register rate £13.45
- Sleepover hourly rate of £13.45
- Enhanced rate for waking nights
