• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Utilize creative teaching strategies to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to help students navigate challenges.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required.
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Certificate .
• Valid PA Instructional Certificate in Secondary Math, Science, or ELA highly preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a special education emotional support teacher preferred.
