Cabico Coaticook is searching for an IT Infrastructure Supervisor dedicated to enhancing technology capabilities across our manufacturing sites. This position offers a team-oriented work environment and autonomy.
As the IT Supervisor, you will manage the IT infrastructure team while ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing technology projects, maintaining operational compliance, and managing incidents, thus playing a crucial role in driving our IT initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure daily IT operations and team distribution
- Maintain stability and performance across all sites
- Prepare solutions for service requests and incidents
- Enforce IT policies and security measures
- Collaborate on infrastructure projects with stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in IT or related discipline
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft and virtualization technologies
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving capabilities
Contribute to Cabico’s IT strategy, enhancing our operations through effective management and innovation.
