Ernest And Florent LTD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cobham, Surrey. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing 2 to 3 high-end residential new builds and refurbishments. Collaboration with the Director is key in this role, which also integrates elements of the commercial division.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience and preferably hold a relevant degree. Benefits include a salary between £65,000 and £85,000, a discretionary bonus, and private medical insurance.
