An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation is looking for a Contracts Manager to deliver on high-end schemes ranging from £1 - £8 million.

They've streamlined the legwork normally required of a Contracts Manager so you can focus on what you do best.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing Main Contractor with an impressive pipeline of secured projects for 2026.

The company specialises in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey, typically high-end refurbishments, new build, or a combination of both.

They have a strong pipeline of works, are growing, and have ample room for growth as they secure more work.

The successful Contracts Manager will be based at the office in Cobham and travel to sites when necessary.

The projects managed range from £1 - £8 million and are high-end refurbishments.

The role will focus largely on managing information from professional services, PQS, architects, sub-contracts, and other third parties.

The site element is largely handled by a project manager, so your focus will be on efficiency, quality, and information.

There is also the opportunity for someone with the requisite skills and appetite to take on the reins and be trained up.

• High-end residential refurbishment experience with £2+ million budgets
• Experience in complex refurbishments with high-end finishes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Construction-related degree education is beneficial
• Good people management experience
• Degree
