Care Assistant

We're looking for compassionate, flexible, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly, close-knit team. Be there for the people who need it most right here in Cobham and the surrounding areas. • Must live locally in Cobham or surrounding areas
• Full UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to a vehicle
• Genuine passion for helping others and a positive, reliable attitude
• Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Health Care Assistant is preferred but not required; we provide full training for candidates from all backgrounds.

• Competitive pay: £13.80 – £15.20 per hour (plus double on bank holidays) plus paid training, free MOT, and mileage reimbursement.
• Flexibility: choose shifts that fit your lifestyle; client visits available from 7am to 10pm. Work a few hours a week or a full schedule.
