- Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits.

We are seeking caring, resilient and motivated support workers to help young adults settle confidently into their new homes. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact as you support individuals with a variety of complex needs — including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities.
In this role, you’ll bring patience, positivity and genuine empathy to daily routines, mobility support, and emotional wellbeing, helping each person build independence and feel empowered in their new environment.
