About the Position: 40 hours per week Commencing October 3 months contract £35ph Competency in EPS , Medication Reviews , Docman , QOF work and Audits (ESSENTIAL) Deliver safe, effective medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews Engage in risk management, clinical audit, and high-risk drug monitoring Support service improvement and multidisciplinary working Fixed term opportunity with potential for extension About the Pharmacy / Practice:
