We are currently recruiting for a Casual Commis Chef for Woodlands Park Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels. Woodlands Park Hotel is a stunning country house hotel set in landscaped grounds and gardens, making it one of Surrey’s most spectacular countryside wedding venues.

As a Commis Chef you’ll enjoy working as part of a team where no day is the same. You will be trained to transform fresh ingredients into high quality food for our hotel and fine dining restaurant. The candidate we’re looking for will be hungry to learn and able to work within strict food hygiene restrictions.

• To be considered for this role you will have current base knowledge and experience of kitchens within a quality driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• You will be enthusiastic and willing to take on new responsibilities.
• Adapt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as business and guest needs dictate.
• Having a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
• It is essential you can demonstrate how you would be able to deliver our guest experience standards at Hand Picked Hotels, which includes the ability to go above and beyond to ensure guests have a high-quality, personalised, and magical experience that they remember, recommend, and return to time and time again.

• A competitive salary package of £13.00 per hour plus a share of service charge.
