The role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving our end‑to‑end recruitment solution for our production teams. Reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with hiring managers across the business to understand talent needs and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions. This position requires a commercially minded recruiter with a proven track record in both agency and in‑house environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage across our Technical and Construction departments.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on all talent acquisition matters including succession planning and capability development.
  • Leverage both direct sourcing and agency partnerships to attract high‑calibre candidates.
  • Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and headhunting using multiple channels.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professional representation of the employer brand.
  • Advise on market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment trends relevant to the property and construction sectors.
  • Support and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practice, interview and selection techniques.
  • Support the development of Pinpoint ATS, tools and processes to ensure efficient and compliant hiring practices.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, such as employer branding, diversity hiring and early careers initiatives.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to stakeholders and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support group recruitment and people team projects.
Experience required
  • Proven capability in high‑volume recruitment and talent acquisition across agency and in‑house environments, with particular exposure to Architecture, Engineering and Project Management disciplines.
  • Applies solid HR policy knowledge and best practice with a practical, solutions‑focused approach to ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey.
  • Committed to strengthening employer brand visibility and market reach, positioning the organisation as a destination for experienced and in‑demand talent.
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to shape effective attraction strategies, anticipate hiring trends and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns aligned with organisational needs.
  • Drives operational improvements with energy and enthusiasm, contributing to continuous development in recruitment delivery.
  • Adaptable and resilient when managing the demands of high‑volume hiring, maintaining focus and agility in shifting circumstances.
  • Provides prompt, supportive guidance to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring consistent and informed decision‑making.
  • Skilled communicator with strong verbal and written ability.
  • Capable of working autonomously while actively contributing to collaborative team environments.
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Open to travelling between offices as required for interviews, assessment days and other recruitment activities.

The position requires a minimum on‑site presence of three days per week in Cobham or other office locations. The role supports all divisions and involves frequent travel between divisional head offices and project sites.
