Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work by agreement with time off in lieu

Accommodation: Private master suite within a newly built five-bedroom residence.

Home Organisers Limited is assisting a private family based on the Crown Estate in Oxshott who are seeking an experienced housekeeper and gardener team to support two nearby properties.

The successful candidates will live in a newly built five-bedroom house currently occupied by an independent elderly gentleman. He does not require personal care, however the family would value a responsible and friendly presence within the household while maintaining the property to a high standard.

In addition to this residence, the role will also involve supporting the family's main home, located a few minutes away. Most housekeeping duties will take place at the main residence.

This is a long-term role suited to practical, organised and self-motivated candidates who enjoy working together and managing responsibilities independently.

• Full housekeeping across both homes
• Cleaning and maintaining formal and informal rooms
• Laundry, ironing and linen care
• Wardrobe organisation
• Kitchen and bathroom upkeep
• Monitoring household supplies
• Preparing simple breakfasts or refreshments when required
• Preparing the home for family members and guests

• Garden maintenance including lawns, hedges and seasonal care
• General household maintenance and minor repairs
• Maintaining outdoor areas and presentation of the grounds
• Liaising with contractors when required
• Driving duties and household errands

• Maintaining the elderly gentleman's home in excellent order
• Providing a friendly and reassuring presence within the household
• Supporting the smooth daily running of both properties
• Working flexibly in line with household needs

• Previous experience working within private households
• Strong housekeeping skills and attention to detail
• Practical gardening or maintenance experience
• Reliable, discreet and trustworthy
• Comfortable working around an elderly gentleman
• Full UK driving licence
• Legal right to work in the UK
